By accessing and using the Tauras website (taurai.com.co), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms: 1. The content of this site is the exclusive property of Tauras and is protected by Colombian intellectual property laws. 2. Reservations made through our site are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. 3. Tauras reserves the right to modify menus, prices and availability without prior notice. 4. The user is responsible for providing truthful and updated information when making reservations. 5. Tauras is not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of this website.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Tauras we believe in the complete satisfaction of our guests: • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the confirmed reservation. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the reserved menu value. • No show (non-attendance without prior cancellation): 100% charge of the reserved menu. • In case of complaints about service or food, please speak directly with the on-duty manager for an immediate resolution. • Refunds for services not rendered will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days.
